Keswick is a newer community located to the South of Windermere, North of 41 Street. With lots of development still underway you can build your home, your way. The area offers a home for every budget. There are many commercial plans for the area including grocery stores, gas stations, daycares and coffee shops. The walking trails of Keswick lead you down into the North Saskatchewan River Valley trail system.

The community will also soon feature two schools – one public, one Catholic. Construction priority list also includes a high school in the nearby neighbourhood of Glenridding Heights.

The amenities of the Currents of Windermere shopping complex are less than a 5-minute drive. Currents of Windermere has many popular restaurants, grocery shopping, VIP Cineplex, medical offices, banks and home improvement stores. The Superstore and fantastic restaurants located at Windermere Crossing are also ideally located for residents of Keswick. Convenience stores and take out restaurants are located walking distance to the Keswick area along Ellerslie Road.

Following Terwillegar Drive West takes you to the Terwillegar Recreation Centre where you can swim, skate, jog on the indoor track, use the fitness facilities or join a fitness class. Terwillegar Recreation Centre is also home to the Farmers Market May through October, a variety of foods, crafts and arts are available for purchase.

The Edmonton Police South Division is located within minutes and a new Fire Department is scheduled to open by 2020.

You can avoid city traffic by heading on 41 Street to the new interchange where it meets with the QEII Highway. Minutes from the new Leduc Common, Edmonton International Airport and Leduc. Alternatively, take Ellerslie Drive to the many shops and restaurants of South Edmonton Common. Heading into the City just take Terwillegar to the White Mud Freeway or to Anthony Henday Drive.
