Part of the growing Heritage Valley development, Callaghan is located in Southwest of Edmonton off 30 Avenue and James Mowatt Trail. Callaghan will have prime access to the future LRT station and the new hospital planning on construction of the facility to start in late 2020.

A quick 2-minute drive takes you to the shopping at Heritage Valley Town Centre where you can find Superstore, a gas station, restaurants, and a Shopper’s Drug Mart. Callaghan is located close to the QEII Highway heading South to Leduc Common where Costco, many outlet stores and the future race track is very convenient.
